• Common sand plant for both ARPA 300 moulding lines.

Core Shop Division

• No bake process, weight range from 1 kg to 60 kg.
• Cold box process, weight range from 0.2 kg to 60 kg.
• Core shooter - 4 machines with capacity of 6 ltr, 8 ltr, 15 ltr & 20 ltr.
• Shell core, weight up to 3 kg in-house modified oven.
• Core oven - 500 kg capacity.

Fettling Division

• 2 table type shot blast machines of 500 kg capacity each.
• Swing grinder.

Hand Moulding Division

• Continuous mixer with compaction table.

  • Capacity - 12 to 20 ton per hour.
  • Process - No bake (acidic phenolic base).
• We have mould boxes within the range of 16 x 16 inches up to 72 x 72 inches.
• Casting weight range from 15 kg to 1000 kg.
• Production capacity of 6 to 7 ton per day.
